us when AWANA begins again on September 10th, 2008!
On Wednesday nights (6:30-8:00
PM) during the school year, you will find the children
(age three– fifth grade) at SonCoast having fun
– and lots of it!
AWANA is fun with a purpose
– to reach and train kids for Jesus Christ. It
blends Bible teaching, Scripture memorization and tons
of fun. Games, crafts, awards, and other activities
transform this program into a lively weekly experience
where fun and learning go hand in hand.
Our goal is to reach children
and their families with the gospel of Christ and train
them to serve Him. The acronym AWANA comes from 2 Timothy
2:15—Approved Workmen Are Not Ashamed.
